Gold eyeshadow would be pretty with your eye color , and Gold and Red is good together. You should do an up do on your hair and curl it down .
wear those contacts in ur school pic. they really suit you

your forehead is a bit hairy so have that hair removed.

foundation, bronzer, eyeliner, put a light banana colored eyeshadow all over you eye from just under ur eyebrows to inner eyelid and then mix glod and brown on your eyelid. curl your lashes. and a purple toned lipgloss

and a low chignon hairstyle would look great on you.
no.1 get ur brows waxed!! they don't look like they have done.

2. use bronzer on your cheekbones, then apply a highlight above, to bring your your cheekbones.

4. take a bronze tone, apply all over lid.

5. taking a purple tone, apply on outer corners.

6. clear gloss will be fine on you, stay away from red lipstick!!
Ok Sweetie, I'm a man that has been doing hair and make up for two years. I know what men like, and I know how to get girls there. First things first, BEAUTIFUL GREEN EYES, so we need to accentuate this. You also said you dress is pink, this means that you will need a dark brown Eye shadow for the shadows, and a darker purple may be mauve for the eye color. Definetly get a foundation and concealer, this takes care of all those nasty little teenage problems (zits pimples) Eye liner is a must, as is mascara, use black as this will enhance your eyes. If you have the money (and it fits with your dress) a little body glitter for the cleavage area never hurts. So we will start from top to bottom. First, use a very nice cleanser and facial scrub (perverably one with an abrasive such as salt or sand or body beads) this will remove all your dead skin cells and give a fresh canvas. Next take a look at your eye brows, see if they're bushy or unusually shapped (ask friends) if you have the money, get them waxed. If not, ask a friend to pluck them for you. Next, go to a local department store. (mall, JC Penny's, Macy's, Dillards, Belk's) these have make up counters. Now I know this sounds daunting, but trust me. Go to the make up counters and let the ladies know that you have a prom coming up. Ask them for a style make over. They have no problem doing you make up for you and showing you how to apply it (it's a sales tatic, try it, like it, then they might buy it) You actually don't have to buy any thing, but it is kind if you get like a lip stick or something. Bring your dress, and they will show you different matching colors and foundations. Like I said, they will ';recommend'; 12 different things totaling over $300 plus dollars, this is how they sell. Buy nothing, or like an eye color or lip stick. Instead, use it to learn, see which colors or styles they select, and find the same color of a cheaper brand some where else. When applying the make up just use what you learn from the examples at the make up counter, and don't forget to ask questions. Most of them are very nice, since they are customer service related. As for hair, just pay the money for an up do. It's worth the money, should n't pay less than $50 or more than $95
I would go natural with your make up - keep it simple.

And as for your hair, maybe try a quiff with a pony tail -
