Hair and makeup help!!!?

ok see im 13 and i have blonde hair


i like the color but i want a different style


right now it goes a little past my shoulders





now with my makeup


i have lightish skin and blue eyes


i wear pink and silver eyeshadow but i cant even see it


and i wear mascara


i really want to wear eyeliner but i dont really no how to wear it


when i put it on i look like a racoon


PLEASE HELP ME!!!

You should go to the mall with your friends or your mom or something and go to the makeup counter of Macy's or whatever you have in your area and ask them to do your makeup. They will show you how to apply it and tell you what colors match your tones, and they will do it all for free. Of course, they will want you to buy something but you don't have to.Hair and makeup help!!!?

LIPS:


a light gloss
you might get mad but your toooooo young for it right now.... but i will HELP YOU... with your hair cut it in layers.......with your make-up you need light blue,green match with your shirt...and with the eyeliner your using black DONT, and use brown..... ,but the key is lesss is more look at some teem mags.
for hair try layers its a great way to have change but not too extreme.





as for makeup you're right to use colors like that because fair skin is hard to wear with smoky eyes. you can try some diffferent drastic colors but honestly the whole point of makeup is to make it look like you arent wearing much.


for eyeliner try not to put it on so heavy and use other colors besides black


i.e brown or maybe a color that matches your eye shawdow
