Serious makeup help!?!?

My 11-year-old sister LOVES makeup. She's going on 12, and we both think she has the right to start wearing makeup. She's been sneaking a few times, starting subtly with blush and eyeshadow. When she wore eyeliner, and washed it off, it darkened her eyebags and made them look creepy, as in scary movie-meets-Godzilla's bride-scary...so then Mom caught her, end of story. She didn't seem too mad but she took away her eyeliner. It's in her own makeup drawer, and if my sister sneaks it to school our mom might notice it's gone. What can she do? Also, how can you NATURALLY remove eyeliner without eye makeup remover? Does Vaseline work to remove eye makeup? And another question: How can she sneak it subtly without being caught again? And is makeup really unhealthy for you? As in eyeliner, eyeshadow, blush, etc. BTW, my sister is really responsible and knows how to put it all on. No mean comments or ';you're too young to be wearing makeup!';s, ';When I was your age no one wore makeup';s, and ';dont even try 2 sneak u will get caugt agin';s. I need flat-out answers.Serious makeup help!?!?
try a light color eyeliner like brown for example, but you could also use eyeshadow as eyeliner, and it is alittle less dramatic, you just get a thin brush and line your eyes with it,

to remove it, i dont think vaseline will work, but i know regular lotion does... so if you have face or body lotion, be careful not to get in your eye but put it on a cotton ball and rub your eyes with it, it will come out...good luck!Serious makeup help!?!?
Is it really that important to her that she needs to sneak around doing it instead of waiting a year or two?

Anyway, now that I got that off my chest (sorry), you can buy eye liner from RiteAid or CVS for like a dollar, maybe less. At makeup stores everything can be really expensive, but just go into a dollar store or CVS. And yes, vaseline does work. I have friends who use it, just rub it in and wipe it off. And makeup is not ';unhealthy'; for you, as in, you won't get cancer or the flu from wearing it, but there are mistake you can make that will make it sort of unhealthy. If you do not regularly replace all your makeup (every 3-6 months is the recommendation I believe), it can get bacteria in it. The thing you want to be most careful about is eye makeup - I have gotten very painful styes from different types of eye makeup on several occasions. You can get them either from using old or unclean makeup or from not taking it off before going to bed. Sharpening eye liner may help this- I feel that eye liner has the highest chance of doing this so taking off the top layer should get rid of bacteria.

Hope I helped!
ok well ..

1) to wash off eyeliner: you need eye makeup remover. nothing else works lol trust me.

2) buy her a new one if her mom has the other one

3) don't use vaseline it's too greasy for your pores and yea

4) No it's not unhealthy, but if you don't wash your face every night then she will most likely get acne

hope i helped:)
Let her have some fun you only live once, who cares ?

Take risks.

Yes, vaseline works superrr well.

Why don't you take her to a drug store or a mall (claires) and buy her some of her own eyeliner?

Then, make sure she knows how to wear it well...and how to enhance her natural beauty.
You should just buy your sister or your sister should just buy her own make up or talk with your mom about it her wearing make-up. I started wearing make-up when I was 11 and I just bought it on my own and my mom didn't seem to care.
