Girls, makeup help...?

I'm goin to target, for makeup and i can spend 25.00 (gift card) i want my face to be even toned and tan and not shiny


what can i get and afford? which brand for each? (good affordable brands)


more points if you give me links, brands, exact type of makeup, more then one.


i mostly want coverup, foundation (don't no which to get or both) lipgloss, concealer, primer and maybe blush. (in order)


i dont no if i can afford this all in brands but let me no,

Maybelline dream matte foundation. (NOT the powder kind)


Maybelline eyeshadow is what I use.


Cover Girl Blush.





I use eyeliner from Walgreens. It's called Prestige. It's the ONLY kind I have found that doesn't smudge.





Another thing I have found, is the liquid foundation covers more evenly.





You can buy cheap lip-gloss, or if you want actual lip stick, buy the kind with the lip gloss on the other end.





(25 isn't that much for makeup. If you want something, I'd get Maybelline Dream Matte Foundation... One Eyeshadow thing, and one lip stick/gloss. That is going to be all you can afford)Girls, makeup help...?
get a bronzer!!! this will make your skin taned looking, don't put too much on tho u will look orange!!!


yeh get the dream matt moses thats really good!! it looks natural and it covers up pretty well but i think you can't buy much with 25.


you can get a wee tin of vasaline for lipgloss? you can also put a little bit on ur eyebrow to keep it looking tidy!
