Valentines day makeup help!?

hey!!! i know valentines day is coming up, and i really wanted to show off. i just want to catch somebodies eye. any help? i have dark Brown eyes and long black hair. i am VERY short(5'0), and VERY skinny. i don't like pink or dresses or heels or skirts, but i wanna look really pretty and maybe get a flower or something. makeup/hair/

smokey brown and some eyeliner, it makes the eyes POP!


i would wear my hair up in a clip and let a little from the sides down to look like side bangs.


wear cute jeans


and wear a pretty top like practically any top.
