I'm going to a ball tomorrow lol

I want to curl my hair just like that, and this is how i'm going to do it!!

I have clip in hair extnetions to get the length, but you can curl your hair the same either way!

You will want to wash your hair as nomral, but before blow drying, spritz it with a volumizing spray and/or mousse. (i personally suggest the FAT HAIR products, available from boots) You want to get it everywhere, including underneath.

Start to blow dry your hair upside down, then create your parting, and blow dry with cold air, straight down, but in an upwards motion (so you are reaching the tips with the air first).

Then you will need to do some curling, i suggest in 3 or 4 parts. Starting from the roots, wrap sections of hair around the curling tong, holding it in place. Continue for all of your hair; if using extentions, curl in exactly the same way, but use no products unless its heat protection spay.

The next step will give you looser curls, similar to what miley has. Use a texturerd balm or hair spray to set the curls, then use a blow dryer (cold air to set it) and blow down wards, quite close to the head. Spary a little more to set, but not too uch to make the hair crunchy.

This may take up to or even over an hour, depending on how muchhair you have/how long your hair is.

I find this technuqie works very well for me, and have loads of fun at your party =)Hair and makeup help for a dance!?!?
First, the hair.

After washing it, dry your hair as usual and curl it in sections.

In my opinion, the best way to get curls like this is from a flat iron.

check out the video below for instructions. finish with hairspray.

Makeup.

start off with your foundation, concealer and blush.

next, do the lips. go for a nice light pink shade of lipgloss.

for the eyes, put a sparkly shade right under your eyebrows and right on your lid you could go for a blue shade.

finish off with mascara and eyeliner.
For the hair, any size curling iron will work, although a smaller one will be better. Instead of putting the hair like inside the curling iron (underneath that little thing that lifts up), wrap the hair around the curling iron. If your hair is long like the picture, you will have to hold it on there for a little while, I would say about 10 seconds, it kind of depends on how well your hair holds the curl. Try one and if it doesn't hold, do it again for longer, maybe 15 seconds.

Curl little pieces at a time (don't grab too much hair at once). Start with the underneath parts and clip up the rest of your hair, letting it down little by little.

As for the makeup, I don't know...search online for celebrities who have the same skin/eye color as you and try to copy her makeup.

Good luck, hope that helps.
