Well I'm not sure how old you are, but its best to look natural. You have really pretty, bright eyes...so I would say that best, natural looking thing you could do, just add a little mascara. The way your eyes are shaped, I would focus mostly on lengthening the outer eyelashes...this will give that kind of sexy cat eye..use a brow for a natural look, or black for a more bold look. as for eye shadow, get a nice shimmery pink or champagne color...highlight right under your eyebrow and in the corner of your inner eye to make them pop! then add some lip gloss!! hope this helps!I NEED MAKEUP HELP!!!!?
okay, so, you have a fair complexion, so start with a fair foundation, light foundation though, I've found that NaturalMatch is best not to look too overpowering.

Do NOT overdo the foundation.

dark brown eyeliner and a medium brown shadow.

Apply the liner to below the eye and on the EDGE of the top eyelid.

then blend the shadow, darker from about the middle of the eyebrow inward and lighter from the same place outward.

Don't two-tone it though, make sure to blend and blend, don't make it too drastic.

A LIGHT pink blush is good for your face, and the natural look... Blend it going upward in the same direction as your cheekbones, only use like one or two brush strokes though, so it's not too dark.

The most important thing is to experiment and find out ways to get what you like.

Hope I helped! :D
For you i would try some eyeliner and mascara. I don't recomened using any eyeshadow but if you want to try it you could us the victoria secret brand it works really well and its natural. U also might want to try some foundation, something like perfect match my covergirl(make sure its the newest version!) or maybe somthing like clean makeup i think thats by revlon.

Hope I helped!!
My natural look for school is :

- Cream Concealer to hide blemishes

- Powder to stop shine ( Foundation is to heavy for me )

- Beige eyeshadow

- White eyeliner to brighten eyes

- Black mascara %26amp;

- Blusher (winter) / Bronzer (summer).

a little cover up will do you some good. [:
The trick to making your eyes pop is to line them. Line as close as you can to the rims--it will makes eyes look bigger. Play up your eyecolor with soft contrasting shadow, but not too much--for school you should keep it natural. A strong brow can really open up the eye area. Wear a little black mascara on your outer lashes--this also opens up the eye.

Use a little foundation that matches your skin perfectly (concealer is not for blemishes!! It's a lighter color and will draw more attention to them, concealer is for under-eye darkness or redness ONLY) to cover spots and redness, then set with a little translucent powder, and let your skin show through everywhere else. A little blush on the apples of your cheeks for color, and some gloss, and you'll be set.

As for brands-- Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse foundation is good and cheap, but best only to be used on spots and redness, its a bit thick for all-over coverage.

Benefit mascara is my favorite--it doesn't smudge and washes off easily. You can get it sephora. Otherwise, the green/pink bottle mascara works too. Sorry, I can't remember the name--but it's distinctive and you can get it at the drugstore. The top is green and the bottle is pink.

Almay eye color 'play-up' collection--plays up your eyecolor.

L'Oreal True Match super-blendable blush is good.

Neutrogena pressed powder compact to set makeup and cover t-zone shininess.

Good luck!
